I already posted this once but just to be sure before I throw a fit at the dealer. I know its no big deal but its the point. How many back window hold up straps, the elastic strap with one snap, are you supposed to get from the factory? Sense would tell you 2 but the worthless dealer who is 2 1/2 weeks out for the free oil changes or to look at any warranty work says I only should have got 1.

 

They lied to you. You should have received two. If you look at the inside where they are supposed to snap in, you'll see two snap spots. I'd show the rep at the stealership what I just pointed out and see what they say.

 

The stupidity of some people is simply staggering! Anyone with more than 3 brain cells to rub together can tell you that there should be two straps!

I don't know where that dealer hires their staff but I'd suspect some sort of inbreeding!!
