Don't use a screwdriver like I did. It will gouge it. As far as decals, warm them up, peel, then use adhesive remover. It's an easy job and your Jeep will look much better, IMO.

They sell "Goo Gone" at Walmart and auto parts stores, works great after the hair drier to get the residue off.

Did the hairdryer and goo gone method followed by wash and wax. Worked perfectly.

I pried lightly with a regular screw driver and the emblems came right off. JEEP gone, American Snipers challenge coin in its place.

Hair dryer to warm them up / loosen them up, then peel them off. Goo Gone to get the residue off, wash the area thoroughly, wax it if that is your thing.

After you remove badges and stickers and goo gone them you will still have adhesive in the clear coat and you will see where you badges were when it rains or when you wash it. Wax alone wont help. Get a "clay bar kit" from a parts store and that will get all the adhesive out of your paint and it will look like it was never there.

I've had my jeep since last June, if I take the sport sticker off now will the paint be a diffrent color then the rest of the jeep because of the fading?

Shouldnt be a problem at all. I debadged a truck if mine after 3 yrs and the oaint matched. It was black too
