Default Removing the carpet??

Does anything need to be removed prior to removing the carpet like trim pieces etc? And is it hard to put it back in and keep everything looking factory? Thanks in advance

If you have a sub, it will have to be removed. You will also have to cut two places about 1" long under the two front seats. You can see where it was cut at the factory but no all the way. There are also some little plastic nuts under the front seats and up next to the fire wall. It takes about 15-20min. It goes back in easy as well. I had to remove my wife's after our 4yo spilled a pint of chocolate milk in the floor.

Thanks for the info! What about the plastic trim pieces around the door? Do they need to be removed or does the carpet slide easily in and out of them?

you can slip the carpet out from under the trim but i would reccommend removing the trim to reinstall the carpet

I don't remove the trim. You can roll it back under without much effort.

Are you going to put in a bed liner? I put a Herculiner in mine and love it! Makes for quick cleaning after dusty trails and better inside traction after you remove the carpet!
