Default Removing front seat belts.

I am removing my seats for a Rhino Lining session on Monday and upon removing the front seats discovered that the seatbelt is actually anchored to the seat with a head pattern I havent seen before. It looks like a star, with the points extending farther out than a hex nut. Anyone removed these seatbelts before and if so, what tool did you use?

Thanks.

Brian
