i asked this a while back and had no luck on another forum... maybe someone can help me here.

How do you remove the windshield wipers... the old design was so nice and easy.

i read the manual and the instructions were not clear enough for me... thanks in advance!!

 

sorry... i just wanted to know how to remove whatever parts that are necessary to lay down the windshield. I did an XM install and ran the sat. rec. onto the hood and had to hold the windshield at the same time. just for future reference

 

hmmm... i really wish they use the old design... if it aint broke, dont fix it

 

Can anyone give some detailed steps on how to do this? I have that stupid squeak in coming from below the wipers and I need to remove them to fix it. The instructions in the manual aren't very helpful and I can't seem to find a good write up for it on here. Thanks!

 

Just pop the black plastic cover off with your fingers, and unscrew the nut retaining the wiper blade arm.
