Default Replaced Clutch...Now sticky clutch??

Recently had the clutched replaced in my 07JK 3.5 w/35's 456gears and 130K miles. Week went by and I noticed that every now again, after I parked, it wouldn't shift out of gear, even with the clutch to the floor. Released/press in the clutch and it would shift. Ok, replaced the master & slave ... still the same ... bleeded 3 times and still the same.

All the work was done by the dealership, have it scheduled to be dropped off next week. When I was scheduling they mentioned that they may need to drop the trans, could be an issue with a sync plate??

Yes I know, I hear you all - dreaded dealership. They're usually really good but this time my confidence is a little wavy. Does dropping the trans sound like the next step?

TIA
