Default Replacing parking brake boot bristles?

Im not sure exactly what these are called, but I'm trying to refer to the course bristles/hairs that surround the parking brake on the 2011 center console. I'm wondering if it is possible to replace them as mine have started to bend out of the way and generally look worn. Thanks!

Here's a photo of a later Jeep ebrake boot for better understanding of what I'm talking about...

You can bend those bristles back, just put your finger in there and bend them towards the correct position. I don't know if they are or are not available separately but they clip to the inside of the console very simply. I don't see why someone couldn't make their own bristle system and fasten it as the factory did.
