Default Replacing sway bar bushings..

Has anyone replaced the bushings on the sway bar where it meets the body? Do they have a cut in them so you can just take them off after you unbolt the brackets or do you have to slide the whole bushing to the end of the sway bar to take it off?

I know on my rubi there is no slit so u need to remove the upper link from bar and slide it off.
As well as the two mounting bolts for bar obviously..

Oh one more question, was there any trick to this? Were the new ones hard to slide on?

Did you mark where the old bushings were?

When you do this it would be great if you took some photos as you go & then post a write-up here for those of us thinking of undertaking this in the future.
