x2 on that. Also, remind me when we're done wheeling and I'll use the compressed air from the Power Plant to try to blow anything out that might be under the brake pads.

thanks for the replys all!

I will pick up some heavier duty pads and resurface the rotors for now. Brakes are cheap enough to replace...

I do LOT AND LOTS of city driving... every freakin day in fact, I get to play the ***Stop and Go game for 25 miles to work and 25 miles home.

I also wheel about 1 a week... twice weekly as of late. My pads have probably gotten more wear than most.

*** This isnt typical coasting in traffic... this is where traffic gets up to about 20 mph and then everyone stops or someone slows for a turn... if i keep a large distance from the car in front of me, the gap (no matter how small it is) between me get filled up within seconds with other drivers flying past and weaving in and out of traffic.
