Default Ring and pinion

So I'm in the middle of replacing my ring and pinion front and rear we are on the rear now but stuck trying to remove the drive shaft and rear pinion help please.

If your talking about not being able to get the drive shaft off the flange, theres a hole on the backside of the flange that you can stick a punch in to hit from the backside. That along with tapping around the flange with a hammer until you get a gap, then a large screwdriver stuck in the gap.
