Ripped off lug nut on my JEEP!!!!!!!

Remember that there is no way to get the lug off by grabbing it or anything. I tried it all so this was the outcome.
So I am really upset with my local 4x4 shop. I will not be going back there unless I have to. I had a quote for removing the axle from another place for max $250 to get my lug nut off from the back end and no wheel cost. That would be all labor cost. But went to the shop that did my gears and thought I would stick to him since I like to be a repeat customer to get better service. WRONG!
Anyways, he said it would be 1 hour labor and we would cut the wheel off without having to mess with completely taking my entire rear end off. Then I was going to buy a new wheel for 146 shipped online which was a better deal than he could get. Weird. So I took it in and without letting me know he charged 4 hours of labor and 20 bucks to take the tire off the old wheel. I challenged this to the end but still no budge. Now I still need to buy a new wheel too. This is what I ended up paying for a damn lug nut. Knowing what I know now I could have gotten this off myself without this hidden cost.

I hate to mention the shop online but its in broken arrow, ok. Starts with a "k"....That pretty much tells you what shop I was at.
