Default Roof Racks for 2dr anyone got'em show'em

I was driving down the highway and noticed a 2dr with a roof mounted roof rack on his hardtop. I am very interested, if anyone has seen them let me hear about it please. I don't want to do the congo cages or the other cage frame/ body mounted roof rack.

I am waiting for MBRP to come out with a rack for the 2 dr that mounts on the hard top, really like the 4 dr frame they have. doesn't bother me to mount to the body or hard top.

I saw thule was the brand that had the feet as they refer to them as the roof rack and the load bars. I just wonder if you have to drill into the hard top to do so. I am not the most easy guy to get to drill into the body or the hardtop of something to begin with has trouble with leaking I don't need to help it leak any more. I don't want to do the congo cage either. I've seen it but I don't want to remove my fog lights off my windshield. The quest continues.

You'll have to drill into the top to mount the rails then mount the load bars onto the rails. If you want a cargo rack or bike/ski/kayak rack that will mount to the load bars. You might be able to find a safari/cargo rack to mount directly onto the roof rails.

Yeah that whole thing of drilling into such a light weight hardtop gets me a little worried that the damn thing is going to crack and just break off. The factory made it so thin.
