No. Look in the for sale section. You'll find them from sahara's. Painted, not machined. I do think they are the same otherwise.

Dimensionally, they are the same. Only the finish is different - machined vs. painted.

The 17's are optional on the X as well. They are the same as what comes standard on the Sahara. Only difference between them and the Rubi is that they're painted. And yes they do scratch pretty easily.

Ya i have the 17s on my X, but the one my girl just picked up has 16s so i have been looking into a set for her.

The 17's I got on my X were not the same as the 17's on the sahara. They were painted the same but I am pretty sure they aren't the same. The x and the rubicon 17's appear the same to me only one is painted and one is machined. The sahara 17's are different.
