Default Rubicon Dana 44 Front Axle Question (Possible Problem)

I was putting on the new Dynatrac/Mopar front diff covers this morning and noticed something that appears to be bent. Not sure if the part in question is suppose to be twisted or not. Take a look at the pics and tell me what you think.

The part in question is the one with the arrow on it. If you notice, it is touching the part underneath it on the arrow side and there is a gap on the other. The locker is operating normally. In fact since the fluid change it is locking and unlocking much easier than previously. Still under warranty so if there is an issue, better to get it taken care of now.

Since I didn't notice the back being twisted like that, just wanted to be sure. Thanks!
