Default Rubicon E-Sway Bar Not Working

2010 ,2dr, Rubican.
E-Sway Bar would not unconnect. Took to dealer and they replaced the sway bar.
Tested it and it disconnected but now it will not reconnect.
The dealer has it and can't find anything wrong. Elect OK, just won't work.
I think the new one sent is a rebuilt and is still bad.
Anyone have this problem???

Thanks
Bill

Disconnect battery and it should reconnect ... it needs POWER to stay disconnected. This should make it safe to drive on the street.

What is you SWAY BAR indicator light doing?

Happened to me once when I had just got off a trail. Make sure in 4 hi and rock the front up and down or drive over a curb with one tire I have read that sometimes it can have trouble connecting if not lined up. By "messing" with the front end if you can get it to line up right it will reconnect.

Sounds silly but works.

All this has been done by me and the dealer, no luck. The dealer has called jeep for help. It never worked sence I bough it, new. I think it's in the wireing, but the dealer say's it getting power.

When new it did not work, a new one installed and now it does not work also. Must been something in the controls not the Sway Bar.

I do have a pROCOM 4" LIFT, REGEARED to 5.38 and 35" tires, but the bar is streight.

Thanks for the help Huck271

I just picked up the jeep from the dealer. To get it ready for Moab, UT trip. The dealer still is at a loss, But I took it out to some steep hills and heard a big snapping noise and it connected and reconnected 6 times , just like it is suppose to do. I think the new sway bar had a bind in it and the rough driving snapped it back into place. Bottom line it's working great at this time.
Thanks everyone for your help.
