Default Rubicon locker rotation clip

Rear locker has worked only intermittently for about the last ....long time. Opened it up today and took the pics below. It seems the clip (silver) is not engaged into the notch, and the locker is able to rotate to the extents shown. is this clip supposed to be solidly in the notch, or is it supposed to be able to come out and let the locker rotate? me thinks this should not move at all rotationally. should i remove the clip and bend it to engage the notch a bit deeper?

The clip is to keep the magnet from rotating. Bend it into the notch. Hope this fixes your problem.
