Anyone know who actually makes the stock Rubi shock for Jeep? Just curious. 35's on the way and I'd love to replace with something valved similar to these.

 

I have an early 2007 X JK and bought the Rubicon shocks and springs from a 2010 and believe it or not, the plain black stock X shocks are stiffer on both directions. Where rebound is a concern stiffer is better for a smooth ride and the ride on this one is quite nice. Has 285/75-16 Goodyear T/A's

 

If you are trying to get the same "ride" or "feel," remember that the 35" tires are MUCh heavier and will require different valving to get the same "ride" or "feel."
