Default Running Low on Antifreeze

So I got some new parts in for my JK, one which being was a hood lock, as I started to look around, I noticed My Antifreez level was extremely low

I barely have 4000 miles on it and did not have the temp light go on...I am wondering this can't be normal right? It was due for a 27point maintenace check , which I have not got around doing yet.. Probably done when I get my brakes checked for the Recall

Anyways

I went offorading ( nothing major) about a month ago and was wondering if this had something to do with it? I filled it up either way

Any ideas why this is?

Are you looking in the Radiator (Only when cold never hot) or at the reservoir? Did you offroading have steep hills you went up and down?

I was looking at the resevoir when I notice it being low

And yes, very steep stuff... Well it seemed like it was for my stock JK anyways

It's possible that some leaked out if you were that steep. I just had this exact same issue but mine turned out to be a bad water pump. Look under you engine and see if there is any coolant. If it's clean, most likely it would probably be from offroading/evaporation. You can then add more to the resevior and track it just to be safe.
