Anyone know if the non power mirror housing and the power mirror housing are the same part number?

I had my 12 and 07 at the same place yesterday and they different.

I want to have them painted, but dont want to be without mirrors for a week or two, so I was going to pull the ones off my 07 and switch them.

I was also wondering this for the 'mirror mod.'
I know they fixed the door leak problem in the 12 with the channel they press into the metal along the bottom of the door sill, does anyone know if you still need to drill the mirrors in the 12? or have they fixed the gasket issue
