I understand where you are coming from. Every manufacturer screws up sometimes and if you don't have a dealer or factory rep on your side to make things right then you have to say screw it and move on. :sad2:

I have never had an issue with my 2010 Unlimited Sahara but after 60k miles if it fell apart tomorrow I would still be disappointed.

I've already made up my mind that my next jeep will be a jeep and not a Jeep.

My next jeep will be a project jeep (not that my 2010 isn't). Either a CJ or if possible, a MB or GPW. I would even be happy with a MUTT. :what?:

(Yes, I would have no problem with a Ford jeep.)

If I'm going to throw pockets full of money into fixing up or modifying a vehicle, why not spend that money to restore a classic to it's original condition? :dontknow2:

I will always be a jeep guy even when my jeep is not a Jeep and not my daily drive.

I have to be honest and say that I have also had many issues with my Wranglers over the years.. I used to expect it because I wheeled the heck out of them.. wheeling = stuff breaking. but the last few have really never seen anything more than the street and an occasional minor off road excursion...

for me my wrangler has always been one vehicle in a garage of 2. . so if my Jeep breaks and has to go to the shop bo biggie I simply drive my other car ..

but if it were my primary vehicle.. being without and having to rent cars or get rides to and from the dealership etc would really get on my nerves.. esp as a Business owner im rather busy and dont have the time.. so I can understand the OP position.

I have lemon-lawed one wrangler and had another where I was given an extra long bumper to bumper warranty because of issues..

However that said, I still totally love my wrangler and whenever I dont have one I always miss it .. and with it not my primary driver I can easily deal with an issue now and then.. I typically trade them in long before they are out of warranty so ive not paid for a wrangler repair since when I ran em off road alot (and busted stuff)..

Good bye

This time was the end for me. I went in a totally different direction. A 2014 Mustang Gt. I have had
them before and no issues. I still have car payments, but some piece of mind with respect to manufacturers
defects and BULLSHIT! My other car is my wifes Cherokee Trailhawk. Ok I know it not a Wrangler, but it
will do. Thanx, for all the positive responses. Harry
