Default Shakey front end

I got curoius the other day as to why my front end shakes/wobbles. I started checking for any loose parts or anything out of place. I grabbed my track bar and tie rod, they were both able to rotate about a 1/4 turn either direction. My question is do these need to be tightened down and if they do to what specs? Thanks in advance!!

The tie rod end and trac bar should rotate, your problem is most likely tire balance and or a bad tire?

Unhappy

My 2004 TJ Rubicon goes thru this every so often. It used to be fixed, by rotating the tires. Then, the problem went away.

Now, It's occuring again, and at lower speeds. My TJ is stock.

I don't know if it's just because of the OE design of the front suspension, but it sucks. Scares the wife when she's driving it.

BTW, there's nothing damaged in the front of my TJ, nor are any of the wheels bent. I had then checked, prior to balancing a new set of BVG's. Problem still exists.
