I just replaced my shocks all around for some oem jku shocks. I just wanted to inform people that are thinking about doing it. First off the back shocks are straight forward and very easy. The front shocks were a pain because I couldnt get a socket on the top bolt and were very rusted. I broke the drive side clean off while trying to get it off. While fighting with the driver side I hit the passenger's side with PB blaster and it was easier but still a pain in the @$$. In the last picture you can see how I just broke the end right off.

So just a heads up have PB blaster on hand

Yep. WD-40 or similar is your friend on these JK's. I stripped the the retaining bolt in my driver side sway bar link and had to cut the f**ker off....

Yes those upper shock bolts are a huge PIA to remove!
