Shuddering in Reverse

My 09 had the same shudder every morning when i backed out my drive way. This was back when i first got her and i took her in to have it checked out at the dealer. Not 100% what was done but something that involved tranny mounts and some other things as well. Its been 2 yrs since then and my jeep never shuddered afterwards when backing out on an incline

Well, I've never had a truck or car that did that before, including Dodge trucks.
Poor design I would say and because Jeep knows about it and refuses to address it - I'd say it may become a class action suit at some point, particularly if the weak trannys they put in our Jeeps start imploding.
There have been rumors of a Jeep Tranny coolant recall. Not sure that would resolve this issue though.
