Default Sider Marker Light Fail

The drivers side front marker light is constantly shorting out which causes my left front blinker to not work. It blows the bulb almost right away when i replace it. Only thing i can think of is that at one point i had clipped one of those little wire splicers to the green/white wire on the side marker for the relay juice with my fog lights. Its no longer connected. Could this have caused a short in the wire? any insight would be great...thanks

Those wire connectors (scotch connectors) aren't (usually) weatherproof. You might want to find the nick made by the connector, cut it out, and splice the wires back with a weatherproof butt-connector. A heat-shrink sleeve wouldn't hurt, too.

Look into each of the harness blocks for corrosion, too.
