Default Soft Top Changes???

I have a chance to buy a 2007 factory soft top for my 2010 unlimited. Does anyone know if there has been any modifications/improvements since 2007 on the soft tops from the factory or are they identical?

I have a 2007 and I know the original softtop header has an air noise issue. Mine doesn't leak bit the noise is kinda annoying supposably. They improved it with a new header. The previous owner may have had it replaced under a tsb so you should ask that. But either way if you can get a good deal I say go for it I really can't complain about mine. The 2010s have some changes around the sides too but not sure of everything. I'd rather have a 2010 top but I would buy an older one over it at the right price.

Interested in this also, I know they made changes and if the new header quiets it down some i'm all for it.

Just sold an '08 and got a '10, both with soft tops. The 2010 soft top is completely different that the '08. The door surrounds are different the top doesn't fold/snap into the doors anymore (cable system).

I don't see why the '10 top wouldn't fit the earlier models though.

So far I like the '10 version better, was skeptical at first but it's much easier to put up/down.

It was redesigned to stop the leaking.
