Yes sir, those are it. Hopefully the zip ties are for another accessory and they're not holding the brackets to the bar.

The zip ties were my failed attempt to stop the seat belts from flapping in the wind while driving. It is so annoying. Just cruising at 30mph makes my seatbelts flap like crazy. The vertical portion of the belt whaps against the plastic lining of the pillar.

The cheap Walmart chest protector pieces on the bottom of the seatbelt keeps mine quiet.

I'm thinking of putting a strip of self adhesive foam weatherstrip on the plastic part.

Thanks for your help, everyone. I got the $200 soft top and put it on. Boy, that back window fought me and my wife for over an hour. The zipper was so hard to do, even after undoing the rear sides first. After zipping, the zipper kept popping open. I assume it's just seen it's better days. I have that brand new back window, but sadly it's the slightly longer version so it would not fit. I was able to use my brand new side windows.

When the zipper pops like that, it's my cue to replace the top. With the window being hard to zip, gear aid zipper lube helps out.

I used what I had on hand- thick silicone grease. I first tried silicone spray. That didn't do much, but the silicone grease seemed to help.
