So my soft top had a heat seal go on the middle of it and they replaced the top but not its super loud.. is there any adjustments on the soft top? Seems to be loose on the front but really tight on the back...

I had the same problem. They replaced my top and then it wouldn't sit right in the front. Then they ordered a Header kit #68003646-AA. It sits into the front much better , no apparent gaps.

Mine has been fixed 3 times for a leak. So far, no leaks that I can tell but it seems a bit louder (kind of a buffeting noise) from the driver side upper corner. Very annoying but if the leak stops, I think I can deal with it.

I've already told the dealer that if he can get it to stop leaking, the noise is not important. Regarding the leaks, I know, It's a Jeep Thing, right? Well, to me it's a convertible top thing. I expect it not to leak, just as if I bought a new Sebring convertible or any other brand new vehicle with a convertible top.

Fair enough - you don't want your vehicle to let water in where it doesn't belong, and who could fault you for that? If you're complaining that it "rides rough" or somesuch, that's another story, but leaks aren't something that a new vehicle owner should just "deal with."

I just discovered a leak recently myself, along the top edge of my door where it meets the soft-top... I've looked through the threads on here, and don't see any "one size fits all" fix, though. At least my soft-top is nice and quiet!
