soft top nightmare

Just went through the same thing last night on my '11 unlimited. Built the hardtop hoist and had it off in about 30 minutes, the other 2 hours was getting the soft top on!

Granted it was my first time and a little cold outside. Sorry you broke something though...

X3 on this. The order in which things are done makes a big difference Here is the procedure I find works best for re-upping my soft top. The videos on youtube have the order of events really help.

I have a dual top on my rubi and haven't put the soft top up yet after struggling with my son's soft top last weekend. It was a challenge for sure but the Florida sun helped make the top a little more flexible after thirty minutes. Definately shut the windshield latches last. I'll probably put my soft top on once the morning temps stay a constant 75 degrees. Shouldn't be too long away.
