Default Soft Top Window Question......

Anyone know if you can buy soft top windows seperately or if you have to get a whole new top? I scratched mine up wheelin pretty bad, so I'd like to have a set for wheelin and a set for pavement

You can get them for under $300 with or without tint, so really not a bad price IMO considering most other stock items are way over priced. I figure I'll replace mine every couple years.

Default Insurance Rip-Off

Here's an interesting tidbit...my back window got sliced 2 days ago by some low-life breaking in...nothing was stolen...I took the car to the insurance agent, and was was referred to their "home garage about a block away...the estimate for just the back window was $196.00 (sunscreen black)...the LABOR (huh???) was $28.50 for installation...is there anyone out there who requires more than 15 seconds to zip in their rear window???? When I questioned WTF they were talking about, they said they "had to insure it fit properly". Anyone doubt why our insurance rates are so high???

I searched ebay for about a week and could not find any. So I called three dealers. Two of them wanted 500 plus for the three windows. So I felt that 300 was good.

That's classic! Labor fees for "installing" your rear zip in window!
