Those are fine. There are several cleaners out there specific for vinyl windows, mopar, bestop, etc.

Some will buff out light scratches, novus 1, mcguires, etc.

Avoid solvent-based window cleaners like windex.

I'm cheap. I use a soft towel and roll them up in it.

Seven years later and I still use the box they came in when I picked it up. I had the dual top option so the hardtop was on with the soft top stowed in the back.
