I just read the whole post. This is what you need to do next. Put a test light on the signal wire at the starter then have someone crank it. If the light lights bad starter. If it doesn't light neutral safety switch.

Ok I'm going to get a new PCM and hook it up. I was told if,I have black keys then it won't need to be programmed. Can anyone confirm this?

Ok I got another PCM I connected it but it doesent work. I got a dtc code P0513 invalid sim key. Now I have black keys so they are not programmed right? And the jeep I got the PCM from the guy says that it doesent need to be programed. Can someone please give me advice. Can I take both PCM to Jeep and have them flash them do I need to bring the keys?
