With a square and a flat edge you can check how far off it is. I don't really see anything from the pictures though. If you check it straighten the wheels, use the flat/straight edge on the upper to lower rim then the square on that to the axle. You may be able to do it with just the square just don't let the tire affect Truing the square up.

Ever since I read on the issues with bent C's I always tend to look at the front.
When either size tires are on, at times, I have seen the front canted in or bottom out and have spent hours checking and measuring and only finding I am being over concerned.
I run 35's and feel that they could have the weight and mass to bend something if I hit it hard.
Still, the tire wear and track is straight and smooth and even though it looks bent, it is not.
But, I still look and go for a level while telling myself to chill.
With a component worn , you should get that replaced and check after.
Just my thought.

You can also put a magnetic degree wheel on the rotor while the wheel is off. If its bent it will tell you to the exact degree. As long as your ball joints are good.
