Default somewhat stupid question

Gotta swap the bolt at the frame side of my front track bar. Can't remember if I need to jack the front and disconnect the sway bar to get the bolt out or if I can just do it on the ground.

I think it needs to be lift to take pressure of track bar, but looking for confirmation so I can attack it as quickly as possible.

Thanks!

i did not have to jack the vehicle up when i did mine. if it was tight i just used my legs to rock the vehicle up and down to work the bolt out.

I did mine the other day. No jack. Use a pry at to move the trackbar in the frame pocket.
