dont waste the money on E3's. I put a set in at 35k mi (48k now), I think they are the worst plugs. My engine spits and back fires at 1500rpm at 60mph plus, I use 87 octane, I am really tempted to pull those and put stockers in it. I changed mine since I was one of the few who didn't receive the platnums from the factory, and they crapped out right about 35k.

I have tried a few different brands, but ultimately went back to the OEM plugs. First, I had the E3's, thereafter, the Bosch IR+4 plugs. Both caused pinging with the Flashpaq. Without the Flashpaq, I probably noticed a slight mpg improvement with the IR's (.5 mpg's perhaps).

To be honest, the difference (if there even is one) is so miniscule that I wouldn't waste your money on aftermarket plugs.

Hope this helps

I put NGK Iridium IX plugs in my JK and really helped improve the idle quality.

so I put in the iridium NGK plugs and NGK wires. wow a huge difference! I think the E3's where making the jeep run rough and loose power. The idle is now perfect and there is so much more pep, it no longer feels sluggish.
