Default Speakers?

Why do the stock speakers sound like garbage ? I know plenty of people have this problem. Dad had the same thing on his 2011 Jk. So I was just wondering I anyone has replaced them and if there is a way to make the aftermarket ones weather resistant? Lemme know whatcha got.

Bought the Kickers from Quadratec. Not too bad to replace. I put some info on the forum a year ago when I did the replacement. A good upgrade from stock

Got mine from the dealership. No question that it is a NIGHT and day different.
I can turn it all the way up to 38 with zero distortion, on the stock HU, no amp (alpine/Infinity system)

the sound bar speakers are really easy - prob. 2 minutes each; my 12 year old son did mine. the front ones are a little harder, maybe 20-30 minutes total. they make a big difference over stock (even my mother in law noticed) and for the price are a good upgrade, but it's still not a kickass system.
