Depends on what springs you install. I went from stock in 16/58 to Rubi 18/59 in my JKU sport and it leveled out my front end. After installing a 2.5" TF BB I got the full 2.5" out of it.

So, it will def level your front and you will notice a small change in the rear.

It depends on what model spring you have (last two digits on the tag) and what models you swap in. If you have a 14 or 15 and swap to the 17 or 18, you might get 1/2 inch to and inch. You have to be careful though since some Rubis had very light load springs (saw a 2010 2dr Rubi with the same as my 2dr Sport.) There's a thread on here that has a lot of info about this:

This is correct about having same springs. When I purchased my Rubi springs, I found out that the rear coils were the same as mine, 58's but luckily the fronts were an upgrade. Deffinetly look at the tag on your coils and find out what your purchasing. It worked out in the end thanks to my buddy karls10jk cause he had 59's laying around......

Entirely not worth the effort.

Perhaps I am just getting lazy(er) with age, but replacing springs takes time... and I'm pretty lazy. If I'm going to go through that effort (and mind you, I've done it twice ) I'd like to get a little something for that effort.

Is the reason you're looking at these Rubi springs because of budget reasons?

Might I suggest either saving up longer for a coil lift, or going with a budget boost. My first lift was a budget boost, and I ran it fine for years. When I got done with it I sold it for darn near 70%+ it's original cost. So, in all honesty, I came out pretty good.

I don't know... just some food for thought.

X2 about the effort, I wouldnt pull them out to put some 60's on there, but I got the 4 springs and Rubi Rock sliders for $150.....

If your on a limited budget and a bumper is in the mix, I think the springs are a good choice.....

Ah.... $150 was a killer price

I paid $150 just for my Rubi rails. So, if I had no lift at the time and also got a free set of Rubi springs, I'd be all over that.

I guess I was assuming the OP was paying someone for their springs. I guess I was just thinking in the back of my mind that a 2.5" BB can be had for $140...

But, again, free changes everything.
