Default Sputtering after lower intake gasket change

So I decided to try to save myself some money and change my lower intake gasket myself on my 08 jk so I went through tore everything apart, cleaned everything and replaced the gasket then put it all back together changing the upper intake gaskets as well. Now I start the engine and it idles really rough, sputters and when I went to pull it out of my garage the brake pedal was extremely hard. I don’t know what I could have done to cause this to happen or why this would be happening. Also the traction control light turned on while it was sitting and idling too. Any help would be great.

Sounds like you either have an intake vacuum leak or when you put the harness back in the injectors you missed one or more. I'd also be checking the EGR line to be sure you have it sealed up at the manifold and at the valve itself.
