Default Squeaking dash. Help!

Well now that the weather has warmed up, I have a squeaking from my passenger side dash. It almost sounds like loose marbles in there but I know that nothing has fallen behind my dash. Anyone know of a fix?

Nevermind I see them now.

Anyone know how you take the wiper arms off, I don't see any bolts..
