Default Squeaking seat or door

Hey everyone 2012 wrangler unlimited just wondering if anyone's had an issue with a squeaking seat or maybe the door not sure pretty confident it's the seat, however would like to know what to do if anyone has any ideas

According to all data all the dealer will do is use a lithium grease to quite it

Mine is the passenger rear seat headrest. I've been waiting for it to warm up and im taking it spart to put dome grease on it

Mine was the drivers seat base. Dealer tried the lithium grease approach but couldn't quiet it. Ended up replacing the seat base under warranty.

Yes they have an updated seat base. Had them replace mine as well.

Try tightening the bolts that hold the seat frame to the body. Fixed mine.

I think i had the same problem as you have explained? If it is not the seat check the door latch. Does it happen when you hit a bump in the road or go over speed bumps? Hold the drivers side door ajar when going over a speed bump at low speed and see if there is no noise. I ended up wrapping the drivers side door latch up with electrical tape and the clunking noise was gone. Nothing like wrapping up a new vehicle up with some f-ing tape! It gives me a tingle in my jingle
