how do i get my 08 hard top to stop squeaking i think that its coming from the top. its pretty anoying

 

That can be difficult. This link may help if it's the early stages of what I was experiancing. On the other hand it may be no help at all... worth a look though

you might want to try tightening the two large screws in the rollbar.

 

take off the freedom panels

do a little dance with them


then put them back on. (carefully lining everything up)




I've had this same problem before, removing the panels then putting them back on fixed it. if they don't line up right, they will squeak.
