My SR-A's aren't the best i've ever had but they aren't the worst either. If i drive cautious in the snow with them they do fine but if i drive like a maniac they suck big time. I put (3) of the tube sand bags from lowes in the back of my jeep and it helped alot with traction on the snow. I defenitly want to get something else though but have to make due with the sr-a's for now.

I was gonna do the sandbag thing. My rig is without a backseat and is completely empty in the back save for the spare. However, my dad is out getting prices on the Duratracs for me at this moment.

I was pretty suprised at how a little weight over the rear tires helps. It didn't cure all the slip and sliding but it defenitly helped.

I didn't do this in the first place, because my '95 XJ was a 2 seater with a revmoed back seat. The sandbags made my rear end want to whip around faster when I was doing donuts. (pendulum effect).
