Ditto that Mine was ordered a couple weeks ago and their best guess right now is delivery in July. Once it comes in, I have the option to opt out and get my deposit back, but I am confident I'll be driving it home!

I am very interested to know the mileage when this happens. My 6 speed X has 7000 miles and hasnt stalled. Does this typically mean I am in the clear on this issue?

Mine stalled at 2200 miles, and I had mine pre-emtively flashed months ago as I my dealer is great and I just asked him to do it after reading threads on this forum.

I hope you guys don't mind me bumping this back up. So far 35 of you have voted that you have experienced the stall bug. If your JK has stalled, please file a complaint with the NHTSA. There are so many complaints on there already that I think they will eventually open an investigation. I would like to see that happen sooner than later, because this is a serious safety issue.

You can file the complaint on
www.safercar.gov or by calling 1-888-327-4236.

To those of you that have already filed a complaint, Thanks!

Default Finally happened...

Well, after almost 7 months and 10,000 miles it finally happened. I was only going about 30 down a street near home and sure enough, the pedal became unresponsive, the lights all came on and the Jeep went dead. Shifted into park, waited a minute, restarted and went on my way....

I'll add a complaint.
