Default Steering issues

At low speeds in my 2015 wrangler it is next to impossible to turn the steering wheel. At speed there is no problem but slowing down to turn on to another street or parking space you have to really muscle the wheel. There is also a vibration when going over 65 mph. Could these two issues be related? Any ideas of what the issues could be would be of great help. Thanks.

Similar issues with one of my other cars. Steering pump had to be replaced.

There is also a quiet humming sound. Does that have to do something with the power steering? Is it still ok to drive and not cause damage to anything else until I can get it fixed?

I don't think driving around with no power steering is going to damage anything else. You should be fine there until you get a chance to run it to the dealer. Have you checked the fluid level, or tried bleeding the system? Those are two super simple things to check. I get your Jeep is under warranty, but me personally, if it was something as simple as low fluid or a system that needed bled, I'd just check it myself vice wasting hours at the dealership. Again, that's just me.

If the wobble is bad enough you could definitely cause additional damage. I don't think the wobble is related to your steering though. I would check tire balance first to try and troubleshoot the wobble. A bad enough wobble can definitely cause damage to other components over time. I had a bad balance on my left front tire on a recent 4-day trip to Utah and back. I dealt with it and figured I'd just address it after returning. Well upon returning from the trip I discovered some play in my left lower control arm. The rubber bushings at the axle mount had wallowed out due to the bad wobble in the tire. Easy $10 fix to replace the bushings, but it remains to be seen if driving with that bad wobble may have shortened the life of any other components in my front end (TRE, ball joints, etc).

Its full of fluid. How would I go about bleeding the system? As to the vibration my rim were full of ice and snow and soon as I cleaned them out it went away

To bleed the system you make sure it's topped off with fluid, then turn the wheels from stop to stop slowly. Top it back off with fluid as needed. When the steering is easy again, or no longer needs refilled, you are good to go. This may or may not be your issue though. If the pump is bad, bleeding it won't do anything for you. Worth a shot though if you ask me. Glad to hear the wobble/vibration is gone.
