I'm on my third one. The first two failures were due to various mods exposing the SS to damage when articulating. Not much room and SS is relocated, plus I run the Currie rod kit. Once I moved the SS from the tie rod to the drag link, it worked great without further damage.

I agree that the stock one really is decent. If I was in the market I would just find one of them. I have a Synergy one that I believe is made by Fox. It is a monotube but does not have a push. My wife prefers the lighter steering feel so she doesn't run one at all.
