Stock Fog Lights Size?

I just measured mine yesterday for a bumper I am designing.
The lense has a step, with the smaller diameter measuring 3.75". The outer diameter measures 3.95". The top of the lense has a key from the 3.75" dimension to the 3.95" dimension approx. .375" wide. I assume the key is there to prevent the light from being installed upside down.
