I am looking for an A/T tire to replace the BFG Mud T/As that came on my '09 4-door. I have a chance to buy a new set of 265/70/18 Pathfinder All Terrain tires and stock wheels from a Rubicon. He wants $500 for the set of 4. I've read the reviews from the online stores, etc. but don't know anything about this brand. I'm assuming its an inexpensive OEM tire. Anyone have experience with them off road, especially in sand, and on wet pavement. Those are the areas I'm most concerned about. Thanks, Jim.

 

All Rubicon's come with the BFG MT (like you have). There is no Pathfinder brand OEM tire option.

 

That tire/wheel combo won't work. The stock Rubi wheels are 17" and the tires you listed are 18"

Did you mean 265/70/17 tires?

 

Maybe I'll have to do some more checking on this one.

Heard back from the seller today. He claims they are off of a Rubicon and are definitely 18's. I may go look at them tomorrow. Does anyone have any input on the Pathfinder tires? Worth the money or just garbage. Retail is $140 each, but these are already mounted/balanced with Jeep rims. Jim
