Too easy. In the Florida sun, plastic warms up nice, and a fresh razor blade/ utility knife yields very clean cuts.
Totally modified mine for a recessed winch.

Out line w/ silver sharpy, then carefully score w/ utility knife. Drill hole in center of waste area then cut from hole out to you lines. It will look as good as if they did it. Check you local 4x4 shops for the hooks- they may have some take off's for sale, bargian with them- good luck. Joe

cutting the inside is the toughest, but luckily you don't have to be as careful..noone can see it!
