I need to make a new air box lid for the 3.6L stock base. I am trying to use the Rugged Ridge Snorkel on my 14 JKU. The problem is because I have a Hemi swap I can’t use the exhausting air box lid because of the port location. I want to creat a new lid but Mack the lid more square instead of slanted and put the port coming out the top. Any help would be great.

 

I use high density foam and a sharp knife to mold things like that. Make it a little undersize, get happy with the fit then cover it with epoxy resin to make the mold. Other way is you can get someone to scan the mold at full size and come up with a 3D print file.
