Default stupid questions on 2013 rubi

Ok, so today we took the Rubicon out to some local trails and had no troubles went through everything. Well, before we came back we did a once over. I found a tube that was connected somewhere but had fallen out or off. It connects into the rear axle passenger side. That's about all I can tell you. On the way back there was a bad vibration as well when I got it over 50 to 60. Any ideas. I have the warranty just don't know if I did something or being paranoid and I have no early idea what that tube is.

Sounds like the vent for the differential housing should have a one way check valve on the loose end and is attached to the body above the axle This should not cause a vibration so that may be a separate issue

Yes had a one way valve on the end. Does that hook up somewhere or just hang loosely over by the exhaust. As for the vibration im thinking tire weights or something stupid like that

They are attached to the body above the axle very poorly maybe even with the e brake cable

Sounds like a breather tube and maybe some mud got caked around the inside of the wheel / rotors / brakes. I've had that cause vibrations until it's cleaned out with a high pressure washer.

If you were into any mud, then very likely (as already suggested above) the vibration is just mud in the rims. Has happened to me after mud and deep snow many times, at 45+ MPH feels like the front end is going to shake apart. I carry a special homemade wooden scraper for cleaning rims out road now.

Could also have lost a wheel weight. That'll give you a shimmy/shake.

The breather should connect on the axle, easy to see. If came it came undone elsewhere, it runs up to a clip by the rear passenger shock. Easiest to see with the passenger rear wheel taken off.

If this were roulette, I'd place a bet for mud or dirt causing the shimmy. I'd also place a smaller bet on the wheel weight.
