Default Summer combo from Quadratec

I been looking at the summer combo from Quadratec, the bestop Bikini, the Duster and the windjammer. Just wondering if anyone has this on their Jeep and if they like it. Also how much trouble is it to put on and take off. Thanks for any comments. Does anyone know if Mopar sells this combo

I had the combo on my YJ and a decent amount of guys run them here. They are a breeze to put on and take off. I used my mine mainly when I knew we were going to have an extended period of nice weather or for wheeling trips. Currently 10% off also.

i have this set up and i love it.. however.. there are some draw backs.

1) youre going to need more than just the bikini top, wind jammer, and duster deck cover. if you have a hard top for your jeep youre going to also need to order the windshield channel, tailgate bar, door surrounds, and the bolts to hold the door surrounds on. that adds about another 300-400 dollars in parts

2) if you drive a 2 door and are over 6ft tall I wouldnt order this. the windjammer doesnt allow much room to put the seat back so youll be cramped as hell. im exactly 6ft and my seat pushes the windjammer back to the point where it is stretching.

3) if you get past the previous 2 downfalls.. you will have to deal with this one. the tops flap in the wind a lot and when it rains they sag and hold water pretty bad. to fix this you will need to order the skid row top prop and tonno prop. its a fiberglass bar that supports the tops and keeps them from flapping and collecting water.

now... i love my bikini top and it makes things a breeze to remove but there is about 500 more bucks you need to spend to get it right.

Just got mine about 2 weeks ago put it on and hated it took it off and wish I had just bought a soft top.

Quadratec never said anything about door surrounds just header channel and tailgate piece.

yep.. like i said.. more money goes into it that what you think. you dont need the door surrounds unless you get the wrap around wind jammer.. which is the way to go.

yep. the wraparound windjammer that needs the door surrounds to look right.. which is honestly the nicer looking one.. also makes the jeep a lil more water tight.. and then theres the regular wind jammer that literally just has straps that tie onto the roll cage. i had both.. but just sold my regular wind jammer.

Hey OP not sure on your rig, but Ive got a JKU and I just run the Safari and deck cover the majority of the time.. works fine.. if I see rain I put the doors back on and the front seats are fine. Backseats get a little wet, but oh well.

For pop up showers I also have trail cover that I can throw on at night or even at work.

Safari is on and off in about 5 minutes deck cover stays on unless im going back to hardtop.

bigcJeep- I have a hard top and want to run a Deck Cover as well. Which cover did you run? Do you have to add anything special, rails or anything? The directions for some of the Tonno, Duster deck covers seem confusing like they are only if you have a soft tops. Do they all fit after taking the hard top off?
